TERMS & POLICIES

RETURN POLICY:
We hope you’re happy with your order but should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you should contact us where we will be happy to try and resolve any issues.

To return an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product via the Contact Page. You should quote your order and the reason for return. To resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, we may ask for photos of the product to investigate further. With the nature of production of these products and because they are made to order, we will only accept returns if products are faulty or damaged. Cancellations and exchanges are also not accepted once an order has been completed.

When returning items, please ensure they are packaged in, or as near to, the same condition you received them (where applicable) and secure before sending.

David Queenan Photography privacy policy provides guidance in relation to the collection and use of personal data. This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation introduced in May 2018.

We may modify the provisions of this privacy policy from time to time. The new provisions will be effective as soon as they are posted. Please check this page periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Contact Enquiry form;

• Order Checkout.

Communicating with you – sending you notices regarding our services, providing you with technical information and responding to any customer service queries you may have;

To process orders for products and services;

We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

How do we safeguard your information?

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the websSite and your information. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard information, we cannot be responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorised access or abuse our websSite, and we make no warranty, express, implied or otherwise, that we will prevent such access.

Payments:

All payments for products or services are processed securely through the Stripe payment gateway. For each transaction the following financial data is passed directly and securely to Stripe through the payment gateway, and is not recorded or visible in any way to David Queenan Photography:  

• IP Address

• Card Number

• Card CVC

• Card Expiry Month

• Card Expiry Year

Minors:

We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The websSite is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we knowingly allow the use of our services by minors. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us via the Contact Page whereupon such information shall be deleted at the parent or guardian's request.
